Passion 2027 Trip for College Students & Young ADults

Passion 2027 is a three-day conference happening December 29-31 in Arlington, Texas.

Indianola First Methodist Church is organizing a trip for college students and young adults from across the Mississippi Delta. If you’re 18 to 25 and want time to reset, grow in your faith, and be around others who get what you're walking through, this trip is for you.

Dates and Location

  • Conference Dates: December 29–31, 2026

  • Location: Globe Life Field, Arlington, TX

  • Departure: We will leave from Indianola on December 29

  • Return: We will return January 1, 2027

Who This Trip Is For

This trip is for college students and young adults who want more than just a weekend away. If you're serious about your faith, or even just asking questions, this is a great space to connect with others just like you.

What to Expect

  • Worship with over 30,000 people

  • Hear from speakers who deal with real life and real faith

  • Travel together and stop for food and breaks along the way

  • Opportunity for activities around Dallas on New Year’s Eve after the conference is over.

  • Have space to ask questions, rest, and connect with others your age

Where We’re Staying

We’ve reserved a big two-story house in Arlington with space for our whole group. It includes:

  • 5 bedrooms, 9 beds, and multiple bathrooms

  • Two living rooms with plenty of space, a leather sectional, a 70-inch TV, and a piano

  • A full kitchen with a large modern dining table that seats 12

  • A karaoke machine upstairs

  • A backyard yurt with two more beds

  • A fire pit for hanging out at night

There’s plenty of room to eat together, rest between sessions, and relax in the evenings. It’s a great space for downtime and group connection without needing to go anywhere else.

Cost

  • Total Cost: $400

  • Deposit: $75 (non-refundable)

That covers:

  • Your Passion 2027 ticket

  • All travel

  • Lodging

  • Group activity on December 31

  • At least one meal

Fundraising

Last year, no one had to pay more than the $75 deposit. Through group fundraisers, we covered the rest of the cost. We expect the same this year.
